Travel

Traveling is an experience; it is more than just visiting places and taking pictures of interesting things one sees along the way, but rather a true investment in one’s personal growth. It's about learning new things, making new friends, and slowly getting used to how small the world is. Traveling comes with several benefits including improved physical and mental health, as it is a good remedy to stress, anxiety and depression. Travel also teaches us to be introspective -  we get to learn a lot about ourselves, recalibrate by experiencing the beauty of nature, diverse topographies, people, cuisines, rituals and styles of living. Travel gives us an avenue to forget about our worries, problems, frustrations and fears.
